Okay, so you've selected a gecko - or geckos - that you would like to add to your collection, now what? First, email me and let me know which gecko(s) you would like. Also, send your shipping address so I can determine actual shipping costs. I'll let you know whether they are still available (I promise to try to keep the available page updated!) and give you a total that will include shipping.

Payment
The preferred method of payment is through PayPal. I will also accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks (subject to check clearance). Checks should be made out to Nancy Wheat. Payment must be made in full before any geckos will be shipped. Please do not send cash through the mail!

Placing Animals on Hold
I will hold an animal for 1 week without a deposit. If you place an animal on hold and then do not purchase that animal for whatever reason, animals will not be held for you in the future. A non-refundable 50% deposit will hold the animals for 2 weeks. If you can't accept shipment of an animal immediately - for example you are heading out of town or you are waiting for a rack -I will hold an animal for up to two months with full payment.

Shipping
I like to arrange shipping dates as soon as possible. I will ship primarily using UPS. I may use other carriers on request, but I've had the best luck receiving shipments with UPS. Shipping 4-6 geckos (depending on size) is now a flat rate of $45 in the continental US. I reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather conditions. You must be home to accept delivery of your gecko! Be aware that many drivers will just leave the box without ringing the bell. Delivery should occur prior to 10:30 am, but some areas are only guaranteed for noon delivery. Please contact me as soon as the animal arrives - shipping animals is an extremely nerve-racking experience!

Guarantees
All geckos will be healthy and feeding well when I send them to you. I will not knowingly send you a gecko that has any physical deformity without disclosing it. I will guarantee live delivery assuming that the carrier has delivered the animal on time and that someone was home to sign for the package. Again, please check your door often so you know right away that your gecko has arrived! I can't be held responsible for carrier related tragedies. If the unthinkable happens and your gecko has not survived the trip, please take a photo and freeze the gecko. You must inform me if anything is wrong within the first 72 hours of expected arrival or I will assume that all is well and any guarantees will be void. While I do try to sex hatchlings correctly, gender is only guaranteed on geckos over four months old. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of your new purchase please contact me!
